About Dana
Dana Henry, a nationally licensed practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbology, offers all of the traditional Eastern holistic modalities to help her patients achieve maximum health and energetic balance. Dana owns a thriving private practice with offices in Ketchum and Twin Falls. She is a graduate of the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado, where she received her Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine. Dana has a BA in Asian Studies from Colgate University, where she graduated Cum Laude and with Honors. Dana has been in private practice for over 15 years; combining her education with years of experience to cultivate her practice as a natural healer.

Dana is also a certified yoga instructor. She fell in love with yoga in her early twenties and built upon her personal yoga commitment by training as a teacher in 2011. She has found that Yoga is about making space both physically and emotionally. Dana profoundly appreciates that both acupuncture and yoga open the heart and the energy channels, nourishing all the organs and systems of the body as well as building vigor, clarity and joy.
Dana's motto is simple but powerful: Eat, Sleep, Move, Connect. That if you eat good food, sleep well, move your body every day, and cultivate meaningful relationships with the people in your life, you will exude health and wellness. Dana practices what she preaches and lives in Hailey, Idaho with her husband and their black lab Betty. She is passionate about all that the Wood River Valley and the alpine landscape that surrounds it have to offer: hiking, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, and the endless fresh air and sweeping vistas.
