What does Chinese Medicine Treat?
Chinese Medicine treats most any ailment. The western diagnosis is not important, it is more a function of where is the pain. There are various channels or meridians that run through the body. Pain arises when these channels are blocked or obstructed. Much like a siphoned hose. The needles relieve the obstruction so that qi, blood, fluids, lymph, etc. can flow smoothly again, therefore alleviating the pain.

How many treatments will it take?
Everyone is unique. Generally, it depends on how long you’ve had the ailment. If you slept on your neck funny one night, it would take one treatment. If you’ve had chronic neck pain for ten years, it may take several treatments. The longer you’ve been out of balance, the more time it will take to regain homeostasis.
Typically, patients come twice a week for two weeks to see 50-70% improvement.

Will it hurt?
The needles are very small and fine and are not used to draw blood. There is very little to no pain. What is felt is a dull sensation which is the qi being activated in your body. It is nothing compared to the pain and discomfort of your ailment that you live with on a daily basis.

What is the weight loss treatment?
It consists of 3 needles in each ear. These needles stimulate your neurotransmitters: endorphins, serotonin, dopamine. Things that make you feel good, alleviating cravings. The acupuncture improves digestion, and suppresses appetite. In addition to the acupuncture, you must follow my diet. The diet is based on whole foods.
